Blessing Message

“My people shall be satisfied with my goodness, says the Lord.”(Jeremiah 31:14)
Dear friend, may the Lord specially bless you on this day. In Jeremiah 31:14, the Lord says “my people shall be satisfied with my bounty.” These are the words of blessings God spoke to the Israelites through prophet Jeremiah. It is true indeed that when God showers his blessings, it is always not in less quantity but to the brim and overflowing. God throws open the floodgates of heaven and pours out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it (Malachi 3:10).

When I got married, our partners and friends would invite us to their homes to give us a feast and make us happy. Out of their love, they would feed us with varieties and varieties of food. There would be all kinds of food before me, but then I only had rice and curry because I was not used to eating so much of food. My husband would tell me that if I didn’t eat the food our hosts provide I would be offending them. Therefore, after that, when I went to other houses, I would take all the food that they would give me and I would feel so full and satisfied. This is the heart of our God also my dear friend. Like a father, He loves to feed you and satisfy you with every blessing.

The Bible describes how God took care of the children of Israel. Isaiah 48:21 says: “They thirsted not when he led them through the deserts: he caused the waters to flow out of the rock for them: he clave the rock also, and the waters gushed out.” Yes my friend, the Lord gave them water from the rock. The rock is none else but Jesus himself. When Jesus blesses you, you will have abundance in your life. Jesus will satisfy you with every kind of blessing. Today, the Lord is going to open the windows of heaven and pour out his blessings upon you. Get ready and make room for these bountiful blessings and see all your lacks vanishing.
Prayer:
My loving heavenly Father,

I thank you for this beautiful promise word. Lord, according to this verse, supply every need of mine and satisfy me with your blessings. Thank you Lord for you will open the windows of heaven and pour out your blessings upon me.

“But His secret counsel is with the upright.” (Proverbs 3:32)
Dear friend, I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Today’s word for meditation is from Proverbs 3:32, “But His secret counsel is with the upright.” God wants us to lead a righteous life. Only then He is pleased with us. We all know this but let’s examine what kind of life we are living today. Psalm 25:14 says, “The secret of the LORD is with those who fear Him, And He will show them His covenant.” God will reveal His secrets to the people who fear Him. When you pray and read the Word of God He will reveal it.

All the mysteries of godliness will be revealed in a beautiful way. What a glorious life it is to have such a blessing. We read about this mystery in 1 Timothy 3:16, “Beyond all question, the mystery from which true godliness springs is great: He appeared in the flesh, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.” Yes, because of you and me God sent His Son Jesus Christ into the world as our Saviour. He is our righteousness and this is the mystery.

Colossians 1:16 says, “For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.” We also read in Colossians 1:27, “To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” Christ in you the hope of glory is the mystery that has been revealed through the coming of our Lord. Yes, when you have Jesus with you He will be the hope of glory. 1 Timothy 3:9 says, “They must hold the mystery of the faith with a clear conscience.” So Christian life is a mystery and when we understand the great redemption plan of God and ask the Lord to keep revealing Himself to us, we will be blessed. Fear the Lord and have a close communion with Him.
Prayer:
Loving Father,

Thank You Lord for explaining this mystery to me. Thank You for You came into the world just for me and sacrificed Yourself to save me. Thank You for giving me the grace to know this mystery and have a close communion with You. Be the hope of glory in my life. Supply my every need.

“He will teach us about his ways so we may walk in his paths.” (Micah 4:2)
Hello friend! It is such a joy to share God’s word with you. Today, we are going to meditate on the promise word, which is from Micah 4:2. The verse says “He will teach us about his ways so we may walk in his paths.” Yes my friend, today God is going to teach the way in which you should go. You may be saying that you are not able to do things with the strength that you have or that you are not getting the output for the amount of efforts you put in. Are you not able to prosper in your business or not able to achieve your project targets? Do you not get the desired marks in your exams? Is talking to your family and conveying what you want very complicated? Are you exhausted and on the verge of giving up facing failure after failure?

The disciples of Jesus were also in a similar situation. They were fishing an entire night but caught nothing. Early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore and told them to throw their nets on the right side of the boat. The disciples never questioned or doubted Jesus. When they obeyed and did what Jesus told, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish (John 21:3-6). Therefore, calm your fears and worries. You can turn your life around with just one simple action. Do you know what it is?

My friend, The Bible says in Proverbs 16:3 “Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” When you do this, the end result is what we read in today’s promise word; God will teach you about his ways so you may walk in his paths.  God will help you do everything with his strength and teach you the way in which you should go. He will help you make the right decision towards the plan he has for you. God’s path will shape you to have a meaningful life through tests and trials. It is just like The Bible says in Psalm 119:71: “It was good for me to suffer. That’s what helped me to understand your orders.” Commit your way to the Lord and follow his instructions. You will definitely see your life being shaped into one that is meaningful and has a purpose.

My loving heavenly Father,

Thank you for this wonderful promise word. Lord I am really exhausted doing everything in my own way. From today, I commit all my plans and projects into your hands. Guide me in the way I should go and shape me into what you have planned for me.

“I will make my covenant between me and you and will greatly increase your numbers.” (Genesis 17:2)My friend, the Lord has a great promise in store for you. Today, God’s promise comes from Genesis 17:2 which says, “I will make my covenant between me and you and will greatly increase your numbers.” This was a promise given by the Lord to Abram and we very well know how God fulfilled the promise and multiplied him. This verse clearly says about the power of making a covenant with God. Look at God’s humility! God says that he will make the covenant with you. He will not make you search for him years together and make you wait. God will come in search of you and make a covenant with you and it is for that very reason, he is by your side today.

God made a covenant with my grandfather and till today, he has made us stick on to that covenant. He never let our family drift away from it. For generations, we are sticking on to the covenant. Do you know why? It is only because God himself established it and kept us in it. Today, our family sees great multiplication, great expansion, and tremendous blessings. We are very thankful to God for it.Today, God is making that covenant with you. He wants to bless and multiply you and your family. What a joy! Are you ready to receive this blessing? By establishing his covenant with you, the Lord will do a beautiful thing in your life. From today, you will walk closely with the Lord, do mighty things for his glory, and enjoy this covenant blessing.Prayer:My loving heavenly Father,

Thank you for your mighty covenant – a promise between you and me. Help me to stick on to you and serve you with all my heart and life. Lord, I surrender my life completely to you. From this day, let me have a close walk with you and experience your blessings of multiplication. Bless me and my family for your glory. Thank you Lord for you are going to fulfill every long-awaited blessing in our life.

“I, the LORD, watch over it; I water it continually. I guard it day and night so that no one may harm it.” (Isaiah 27:3)
My precious friend, I am bringing you the great promise given by the Lord in Isaiah 27:3, “I, the LORD, watch over it; I water it continually. I guard it day and night so that no one may harm it.” When I read this promise my heart was overwhelmed with the love the Lord has for me. Though He is the God of billions yet He cares for each one personally. That’s His power. He cares for you personally. Let me translate the verse as it is written in the Indian Language Bible and it goes like this: “I, the Almighty God, I will safeguard him/her. I will be your rearguard. I will go before you. I will safeguard all that I have given you. I will safeguard your name, your family and the anointing that is upon you.”

The scripture says that God’s protection is upon everything that has God’s glory. Secondly, in the translation it says, “Often, continually, one after another I will be pouring water towards it.” It is the living water that comes from His Word. When He speaks His Word we live. His blood has life. It cleanses us. The Spirit of God has life. He resurrects us, makes us live in this world so He pours His living water continuously into our soul, in our life, family and all that we do and He makes us live. So you will live because He wants you to be a watered garden and a spring of life as in Isaiah 58:11, “The LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.”
Finally, He will make sure that nothing of the world ever tramples you. You will not be shaken. You will not be destroyed. He will guard you night and day. What a great God we have! He never sleeps nor slumbers (Psalm 121:4) because He says, “I am your Keeper. I will keep your soul and I will keep your life. You will be safe in Me.” We also read in 2 Thessalonians 3:3, “But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.” “I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand.” (John 10:28,29) You are safe in the hands of your Keeper. God bless you today with His blessing.

Loving Father,

Thank You Lord for this great promise You have given me. Thank You Lord for You will be my Keeper and watch over me, all that I have and all the people in my life, day and night. Thank You for nothing of the evil one can touch me. Thank You Lord for my loved ones and I are safe in Your hands.

“Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.” (Psalm 34:8)
Dear friend, it is a great joy to share God’s Word to you from Psalm 34:8, “Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.” Yes, God is inviting you to taste and see His goodness. It is time for the tasting to begin and it is time for the wondering to stop. You might be like a little child watching a sweet shop from the window outside. “Oh, if I get those sweet how nice it would be.” Or you might be like a woman looking from outside at the jewelry inside a shop. “How beautiful that necklace would be around my neck.” My friend, it is time to stop wondering.

God is inviting you inside. He says, “Come and taste My goodness. It is available for you. I am releasing it into your life.” When we were little kids we were looking at our parents being filled with the Holy Spirit. It was amazing. They were filled with a lot of happiness and were shouting praises to God. They couldn’t control themselves. One day we asked God fervently and He filled us too with the Holy Spirit. The Bible says, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.” (Matthew 5:6) 

In the Bible we see how David was anointed while he was still a shepherd boy. He spent his time for the Lord, playing his harp and making music to the Lord. The Lord who saw his passion chose him and sent Samuel the Prophet to anoint him. His life turned upside down after that. He killed the lion and by using mere stone he slay the giant goliath. He faced many dangers yet He was lifted to the position of a king. Though it took many years but God’s anointing protected him and lifted him high in life. God will do that for you too, my friend. Seek His anointing. Meditate on His word and pray every day. You too will taste and see His goodness just as how David did and how he records it in the promise verse.

Loving Lord,

I await Your goodness. Let me get the promotion I have waited for. Bless me with peace. Lift me high in life. Bless the work of my hands. Honor me with Your goodness. Bless me with the right partner. Fill me with Your mighty Holy Spirit. Let Your name be glorified through me.

“The secret of the LORD is with those who fear Him, and He will show them His covenant.” (Psalm 25:14)
Dear friend, it’s a joy to bring God’s Word to you on this special day. It is from Psalm 25:14, “The secret of the LORD is with those who fear Him, and He will show them His covenant.” Every day morning when you gladly come to the presence of the Lord He will surely meet you and reveal His secrets to you. That’s what Isaiah 64:5 says, “You come to the help of those who gladly do right, who remember your ways. But when we continued to sin against them, you were angry. How then can we be saved?” When we do the right things before God, He gladly meets us every morning. This is the joy we have in the Lord!

That’s why the Bible says in Amos 3:7, “Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.” David prayed very often. He prayed in a day again and again- in the morning, afternoon, evening and night. He was a prayer warrior. He prayed repeatedly in one day. That’s why He said, “I will bless the Lord at all times.” When we go to the Lord gladly He will be revealing everything to us. When Jesus was on the earth, He revealed secrets about God to His disciples just like a friend.
In John 15:15, He says, “I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.” Will not the Lord reveal His secrets to you? You are God’s friend with whom He is well pleased. Abraham was also a friend of God. In James 2:23 we read, “And the scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness,” and he was called God’s friend.” God considers you as His friend. If you are eager to listen to God and to believe in Him, He will talk to you and show you great and unsearchable things. May God make you a prophet and prophetess.

Loving Father,

Let Your secrets be revealed to me Lord. Give me insight, wisdom and revelations. Fill me with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Make me Your friend. Teach me everything that I need to know to lead my life beautifully. Keep Your eye upon me and guide me in the way I should go.

“Wait on the LORD, and keep His way, and He shall exalt you to inherit the land.” (Psalm 37:34)
Dear friend, I greet you in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ! Today, God has a beautiful promise for you from Psalm 37:34, “Wait on the LORD, and keep His way, and He shall exalt you to inherit the land.“ This is a promise given by the Lord Almighty to you. He says that He will exalt you to inherit the land. But how can you inherit this blessing?  If you read Psalm 37:9 it says, “For those who are evil will be destroyed, but those who hope in the LORD will inherit the land.” It is those who wait on the Lord that can inherit the earth.

If you read Joshua 24:8 it says, “Joshua said to all the people, “This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: ‘Long ago your ancestors, including Terah the father of Abraham and Nahor, lived beyond the Euphrates River and worshiped other gods.”” Abraham’s father Terah and his relatives who were with him were following other gods. Also we read in Genesis 17, that God spoke to Abraham and he loved the Lord so he decided to follow Him all the time wholeheartedly. Because God spoke to him, Abraham loved God and chose to serve Him. In Genesis 17:8 we read God said to Abraham, “The whole land of Canaan, where you now reside as a foreigner, I will give as an everlasting possession to you and your descendants after you; and I will be their God.”

God promised Abraham and his descendants the entire land of Canaan. This is a promise made by God Himself. We read in Hebrews 11:9, “By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise.” Just as it is written the Lord will never go back on His promise. So when you read the Word of God, it is God speaking to you so claim the promises you come across. Pray then and there and you will get it immediately. According to Galatians 3:9, “So those who rely on faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.” God will bless you according to Rev 21:7, “Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children.” He will bless you with all that He gave Abraham. Wait on the Lord and put your hope on Him to claim these blessings.

Loving Father,

You know my heart. I bring all my needs to You and give them in Your hand. Meet my needs according to Your riches in glory. Bless me with faith like Abraham and help me to wait on You and inherit all the blessings of Abraham.

“My grace is sufficient for you; My strength is made perfect in your weakness.” (II Corinthians 12:9)
Hey friend! Let today be a joyful one for you. If you have seen Jesus Calls calendar or our website, you would have seen God’s promise for the day. God says one of the most beautiful promises to you today.  It is found in II Corinthians 12:9, which says “My grace is sufficient for you; My strength is made perfect in your weakness.” This is where God’s greatness meets man’s weakness. These words were spoken by God to Apostle Paul. When Paul was tormented by a certain weakness, he prayed thrice for it to be removed. However, God replied to Paul saying that his grace would be sufficient and made strong in Paul’s weakness.

On a certain day, I was thoroughly weak and unable to sing in a Sunday service. I had unbearable headache, but then God told me to go and sing and that his grace would sustain me. In the midst of all my weakness, I believed God’s word and went and sang. Do you know what happened? Much to my surprise, I received God’s divine strength and I experienced immense anointing to enjoy and sing that song. This at is how God’s grace gives you divine strength to be able to do the things, which would have been otherwise impossible for you.
My friend, what are you worried about today? Are you saying that you do not have the strength or the skills to do a certain job? Do you lack the talents to complete a task successfully? Is inability to speak eloquently causing you trouble? Whatever may be your deficit, God offers you a solution. Reach out to God’s grace. All the wisdom, power, talents and knowledge hidden in Jesus will be given to you. This is the very reason why the grace of God is absolutely important. When you ask God, you will definitely receive it. Come let us ask God and receive it from him.
Prayer:
My loving heavenly Father,

Thank you for the wonderful promise you have given me today. Lord, I very much need your grace to be sufficient in all my weakness. I reach out to your grace for your wisdom and strength, which you have made available for me. I humbly ask you to enable me to do mighty things and bring glory to your name.

“We know that any child of God does not do wrong things. The Son of God keeps him safe and the devil cannot touch him.” (I John 5:18)
My precious children, I am so glad to share God’s word with you. Today we are going to meditate on the promise, which we read in I John 5:18. The verse says “The Son of God keeps him safe and the devil cannot touch him.” You have to just become the child of God; that is all! If you read Psalm 91, verses 1 and 16 say: “1.The one who lives under the protection of the Most High dwells in the shadow of the Almighty. 16. I will satisfy him with a long life and show him my salvation.”

What should you do to become the child of God? In The Bible, we read about the family of Elimelech, his wife Naomi and two sons who went to dwell in Moab. The two sons got married while in Moab and one of the daughters-in-law was Ruth. When Ruth came to that house, she saw her mother-in-law always praying to the Lord God Almighty. Ruth was captivated seeing the beauty of worshipping the Living God. Therefore, she told her mother-in-law that she would also follow her ways and worship the same God. Thus, she came under the shelter of The Almighty God. God blessed Ruth and made her to be in the lineage of Jesus.
Do you know what happens when you come under the shadow of The Almighty? He will come and dwell in you. The Bible says in Psalm 132: 13-14 “For the LORD has chosen Zion; he has desired it for his home.” Yes, God will be with you at all times. We read about it in Matthew 28:20: “I am with you always, to the end of the age.” If you ask the Lord, he will give you this experience even now. Just tell the Lord that you want to become his child and ask him to cover you under his shelter.

My loving heavenly Father,

thank you for this beautiful promise word you have given me today. I humbly ask you to become the Lord of my life and to dwell in my heart. I want to be your child. Lord, cover me under your wings of protection.
