Blessing Message

“For he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care.” (Psalm 95:7)
Today’s promise is taken from Psalm 95:7, which says: “He is our God and we are the people of His pasture, the flock under His care.” First of all, He is your God! The Bible says in II Corinthians 6:18 “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.” You have been purchased through the blood of Jesus Christ, purchased as God’s people, transformed to become God’s people, and empowered as God’s people.

Do not be afraid, you are not an orphan in this world. Just praise God because you have royal authority backing you. In Psalm 48:14, The Bible says “For this God is our God forever and ever; he will be our guide even unto death.” Even amidst deadly circumstances in the world, God will be God to you. Yes, God never dies. Even though one is dead, He has the power to resurrect that person. The Scripture says in John 11:25 “Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.”
 
The Lord will lead you even unto the end of your life, and lead you amidst the deadly circumstances in the world. God will guide you and carry you. The Scripture says as a shepherd carries his little flock in his arms, God will carry you, feed you with the right amount of grass, and give you waters that you need to sustain yourself. As a loving shepherd and God, He carries you, feeds you and protects you. This God is your God. Do not be afraid. Rest in Him today and be blessed.

My loving heavenly Father,

Thank you for the promise word you have given me today.  Help me to look to you for everything because you are my God and I am yours. Give me the grace to rest under your care and not worry about anything.

“I will also give you rest from all your enemies. “’The LORD declares to you that the LORD himself will establish a house for you:” 2 Samuel 7:11
Dear friend, God’s promise for today is from 2 Samuel 7:11, “I will also give you rest from all your enemies. “’The LORD declares to you that the LORD himself will establish a house for you:”” Yes, when we think of a home, we think of love, togetherness and unity. But you might be wondering, “I have no love in my house. There are constant disagreements so we are not able to talk to each. My parents think I am a disappointment and they don’t love me.”

There might not be love in your home, or you might be waiting so many years for a life partner to build a family life or you might have to go into a new home after marriage and you might wonder, “What if they don’t accept me? What if they don’t consider me as their own family member?” Or you might be saying, “I have no one to call as my family member.” But amidst all such circumstances, God is going to establish a family for you, a beautiful family life for you.
So what do you need to achieve this? Surrender yourself and your family members unto God. Keep God as the head of your family. He Himself will teach you how you need to talk to your family members. He will show His love through you to them, to be tolerant whenever there are arguments, to be patient and enjoy joy in your home. He will establish your home. Whenever you give your family into the hands of God, He will grant the blessing in Isaiah 32:18, “My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest.” He will give you peace, joy, rest and love. So experience this from this day forward.
Prayer:
Loving Father,

There are many disturbances in my home. There is no peace. Grant me the blessings I am waiting for. Establish my family life and give me a peaceful home. Be the head of my family. Teach me how to be patient with them and fill my house with joy, rest, peace and love.

The Lord will provide. (Genesis 22:14)
Hello friend! Today’s promise is from Genesis 22:14, which says “The Lord Will Provide.” Yes, it is true. The Lord will provide every need in your life. In The Bible we can read about the life of Elijah who was fed through the ravens when he was hiding. Since there was going to drought and famine for the next few years, The Lord had asked Elijah to go to hide in the Kerith Ravine. When Elijah obeyed and went, God provided him food through the ravens.

I am sure you also know the history of the Israelites, who travelled through the desert for forty years and each day, they were provided with food from heaven (Nehemiah 9:20-21). In a similar manner, the Lord will provide every need in your life. It can be any kind of need – daily need, finances, food, shelter, or water; the Lord says that He will provide it.
The Bible says in Matthew 6:34: “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.” In Matthew 6:33, The Bible says, “Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” So, you see friend the only thing that you need to do is seek God’s Kingdom, His righteousness, and thank Him for all the blessings in your life. When you have the faith that God will provide, God will definitely provide everything for you. Let us thank the Lord for this verse and ask for His blessings today.

Thank you for the promise word. I give you glory for all the blessings you have given in my life. Give me the grace to first seek you and your righteousness. With faith I claim today’s promise word. I know you are going to meet my every need and bless me abundantly. Let your name be glorified through my life.

“Go, walk through the length and breadth of the land, for I am giving it to you.” (Genesis 13:17)
My dear child, I am so happy to share God’s promise and I greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Today, I have chosen Genesis 13:17 for our meditation. This verse says “Go, walk through the length and breadth of the land, for I am giving it to you.” This promise was given to Abraham. Abraham was a chosen man of God. If you read Joshua 24:2 & 3, you can see Abraham’s father Terah was seeking other gods and following them. However, see the grace of God.

The Almighty God came to Abraham and chose him as His friend, follower and son. Abraham started to follow God with all his heart and he became a friend of God. We can read about it in the verses from II Chronicles 20:7, Isaiah 41:8, and James 2:23. As Abraham loved the Lord, He promised all these blessings. In Genesis 13:15-16, God tells Abraham, “All the land that you see I will give to you and your offspring forever. I will make your offspring like the dust of the earth, so that if anyone could count the dust, then your offspring could be counted.” What wonderful blessings!

Don’t you also want to be blessed by God in the same manner? God loves you my precious child and He wants to bless you with all His blessings. All that you need to do is have a close communion with the Lord, and you will also be blessed like Abraham. Now, look to God to receive all the blessings from Heaven and say this prayer with faith.

My loving heavenly Father,

Thank you for today’s promise. Have mercy upon me. Forgive all my trespasses. I know that you love me very much. Give me the grace to walk with you and talk with you like Abraham. I am anxiously waiting to receiving your forgiveness and commit my life to you. Help me Lord to have a close relationship with you and be blessed abundantly.

“I love those who love me, and those who seek me find me.” (Proverbs 8:17)
Dear friend, it is such a joy to write to you about God’s promise for today which is from Proverbs 8:17, “I love those who love me, and those who seek me find me.” How do we seek Him with all our heart? Jesus says in John 14:21, “Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”

Every day when we seek Him reading the word of God, He says, “Those are the ones who love me. The one who loves Me will be loved by the Father.” The final thing He says is, “I too will love them and show my love to them.” What a wonderful experience it is to see Jesus. Whenever we leave home and go to another city to serve the Lord, we miss our granddaughter Katie a lot. My husband and I would watch her video early in the morning. After our prayers, we used to look at pictures and laugh at her smile.

My husband would say to me, “If Katie would be here how nice it would be.” This is how the Lord asks us to love Him also. We have to seek Him diligently with all love in our hearts. The Lord says, “You will find Me. You will see Me.” That’s why David says in Psalm 17:15, “As for me, I will be vindicated and will see your face; when I awake, I will be satisfied with seeing your likeness.” As soon as we get up when we pray we will see Jesus. We will be filled with His likeness. We will be filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit. His love will fill our hearts abundantly.
Prayer:
Loving Father,

Fill me with Your love, compassion and joy. Every morning when I get up let me be filled with Your likeness and nature. Forgive my pasts sins. Help me see You every day and find You Lord. Let me have Your revelations and insights, know the future and be used mightily by Your hand. Fill me with Your anointing and transform me into Your image Lord.

“Go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant you what you have asked of Him.” I Samuel 1:17
My precious friend, it’s a great joy to bring you God’s promise for this month. The Lord has been gracious to carry us through the past months. The Scripture says, “Because of the Lord’s faithful love we do not perish, for His mercies never end. They are new every morning.” (Lamentations 3:22&23) How true these words are! Let us be thankful to God for His mercy and protection. The promise word for the month of August is taken from I Samuel 1:17. “Go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant you what you have asked of Him.”

These are the words of the high priest, Eli, spoken to a woman called Hannah. She did not have children. Her husband loved her very much, but she did not conceive at all. Therefore, her husband’s other wife humiliated her and made fun of her. Hannah’s heart was broken. When her husband and she along with her husband’s other wife went to the temple of God to fulfill God’s commandments, Hannah ran alone to the tabernacle and poured out her heart in the presence of God. She could not bear her sorrow and humiliation, yet she did not open her mouth or cry aloud. She was praying in her heart and her lips were moving but her voice was not heard. The Bible tells, “Man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.” (I Samuel 16:7)

As she kept on praying to the Lord, Eli observed her and thought she was drunk. He was angry and confronted her. Hannah said “I am not drunk but filled with sorrow. I was pouring out my soul to the Lord, praying here out of my great anguish and grief.” It is at this time, Eli the high priest says, “Go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant you what you have asked of him.” (I Samuel 1:17) We see three attributes of God revealed in this verse. Yes! He is a God who answers your prayers, grants what you ask for and makes you enjoy every blessing in peace. This is what God is going to do for you this month.

Loving Father,

I thank You Lord for this month’s word of blessing. As You bless my family and me, help us to use our lives to declare Your wonders to others. Even in this month, I dedicate myself to Your will. Give me the grace to fulfill my covenant in Your presence. I give You all the glory for Your blessings upon me this month.

“He has also put His seal on us and given us His Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.” (II Corinthians 1:22)
My friend, today the Lord has given you a very, very precious promise. It is from II Corinthians 1:22, which says “He has also put His seal on us and given us His spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.” Holy Spirit is a guaranteed my friend. If you read Ephesians 1: 13, The Bible says “You were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit.”

Once my children – Sam and Sharon were watching a movie regarding the second coming of Jesus. After they finished watching the movie, they asked me a precious question. Can you guess what it is? They asked “Mummy, if we don’t receive the anointing, we will not go to heaven isn’t it?” It surprised me of their understanding. I took this opportunity to explain this most important truth. I told them, “Yes dears. What you say is right. You have to cry unto God to receive the Holy Spirit and then God will make you worthy to go to heaven.” Immediately, they knelt down and cried out to God saying “Lord let your Holy Spirit fill us.”

Yes my friend, Holy Spirit is our guarantee. God has given us the Holy Spirit as the seal. He is the assurance that we will enter into God’s Kingdom. Even today, pray that you may receive the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit is the Almighty God, who will come and fill and mark His seal upon you as God’s child.

My loving heavenly Father,
 
Thank you for today’s promise word. Even now, I ask you to make me worthy to enter into your kingdom. Father you love everybody equally and fulfill your promises. Lord, fill me with your Holy Spirit, whom you have promised. Let you Holy Spirit enter into my heart, mark me with your seal, and be with me as a guarantee. Lord, fill me without measure. Help me to receive your anointing right now. Lord, fill me with your power and gifts of the Holy Spirit.

“…ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.” (John 15:7)
Dear friend, it is such a joy to share God’s word with you which is from John 15:7, “If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.” Yes, dear friend, whatever you ask God in prayer, He will give it to you. I am reminded of a real incident that happened recently. One day a woman who went for shopping, returned to find that she was locked out of the car. She couldn’t get in. She was in such a hurry because her son was inside the car and she also had to go home.

At that moment, she felt in her spirit to say a short prayer. She prayed saying, “Lord, send someone to help me. I need to get into my car and go home.” Right when she finished her prayer and opened her eyes, she saw a big built up man standing right beside her. He looked very strong. So when she saw him she decided to ask him for help. She said, “Please help me get into the car and open it.” So he took something out of his pocket and tried to open it. Then he was able to open the car.
She was so excited and she said, “Oh you are such a good man.” Then the man replied, “Oh not so. I was just released from the prison today because of car theft.” Then the woman thought for a moment and she thanked God saying, “Lord, I just asked for a small thing but you have helped me by sending a professional.” So my friend, sometimes we might think we need help only from a particular person or a fixed way to find solution that we even pray asking God to work by our ideas but do you know God always works in mysterious ways. We can never expect God to help only through a certain way. We must be open to experience surprising miracles. We need to believe in Him and trust Him. So be of good cheer for help is on the way and whatever you ask for in prayer, you will receive it. Be sure also to thank God when you receive your answer.

Loving Father,

Thank You for this promise to answer me. I ask You to meet my needs. Open my eyes to see Your help that comes at Your time in Your way. Help me to receive it with thanks. Bless me and help me to enjoy Your mysterious and surprising blessings.

“You are precious and honored in my sight.” (Isaiah 43:4)
My precious friend, today’s promise is taken from Isaiah 43:4; “You are precious and honored in my sight.”  God says: “My child you are precious in my sight, so you will have honor.” Yes, God has fearfully and wonderfully made you as said in Psalm 139:14. Many are called, but only few are chosen. You are chosen by God and you are precious to him. When you are precious to God, he honors you.

Mordecai saved the life of King Xerxes, by revealing the two people who had plotted to kill the king. King gave an edict that Mordecai should be put on the king’s horse and taken across the capital city with noblemen proclaiming ‘this is how the king honors a man who is precious to him.’ This is how God will honor you because you are precious to him and you have given your life to Jesus. The same honor, which God has, will be given to you his child. The powers of the devil will bow before you. Whatever you say in the name of Jesus will come to pass. The verse says in Psalm 37:34 “Wait for the LORD and He will exalt you to inherit the land.”

Queen Esther waited for three days and nights with fasting in the presence of God. Then she went to the king to plead for her life and the life of all Jews in the nation. The king, who had issued the edict for them to be killed, had mercy and gave her grace. Instead, the man who wrote this order was killed. Wait for the Lord, and he will exalt you in the land. Psalm 91:15 says when you call on the Lord during times of trouble He will deliver you and honor you. Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord in times of trouble is precious to God. Do not try to call on man or your own power but call on the name of the Lord and you will become precious to God. God will honor you by delivering you. The Bible says in Psalm 112:9, when you give liberally to the poor God will honor you. May God give you this grace to become precious to God and to have God’s honor in this world!

My loving heavenly Father,

Thank you for today’s promise word. Give me the grace to become precious in your sight and receive your honor. Let me call upon you during times of trouble and not rely on men or on myself. Let me give liberally to the poor.  Thank you Lord for you are fulfilling this promise in my life.

“For this is what the LORD says: “I will extend peace to her like a river, and the wealth of nations like a flooding stream; you will nurse and be carried on her arm and dandled on her knees.” (Isaiah 66:12)Dear friend, today’s promise of God is from Isaiah 66:12, “For this is what the LORD says: “I will extend peace to her like a river, and the wealth of nations like a flooding stream; you will nurse and be carried on her arm and dandled on her knees.” Today, the Lord is going to give you the blessing of peace and prosperity in your life. The Bible says in Psalm 122:7, “May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels.” In the same way, God is going to give you peace and prosperity at home, workplace and wherever you go.

Prosperity doesn’t mean just money rather it includes health, happiness and completeness in all aspects of life. God will also change the financial situation in your life. You might have a lot of debts and you might wonder, “What am I going to do Lord?” Ezekiel 36:11 says, “I will increase the number of people and animals living on you, and they will be fruitful and become numerous. I will settle people on you as in the past and will make you prosper more than before. Then you will know that I am the LORD.” Yes, if you ask the Lord for peace and prosperity He will give it you and you will lack nothing.In the Bible we see that no one who came to the Lord was sent away bare handed. We know the story of the widow who had to pay off the debts. God showed her the way through Elisha but the He didn’t just meet her need He supplied everything for her future too. That’s God’s heart dear friend. He wants you to not just pay your debts He wants you to be prosperous. If He could fed the birds of the air every day (Matthew 6:26), He will all the more take care of all your needs. He will meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).Prayer:Loving Father,

Thank You for the promise of peace and prosperity in my life. Fill me with Your peace and prosperity. Make way for all my financial needs to be met. Help me to be prosperous in soul, health and family life.
