Always loved – Stella Ramola

“Remember these things, Jacob, for you, Israel, are my servant. I have made you, you are my servant; Israel, I will not forget you” (Isaiah 44:21).
Dear friend, it is such a joy to bring God’s word to you even today. God says to us today, “Remember these things, Jacob, for you, Israel, are my servant. I have made you, you are my servant; Israel, I will not forget you” (Isaiah 44:21). You might be feeling alone and feel like nobody loves you. May be you don’t have many friends. May be people are distancing themselves around you or saying bad things about you. May be they are ignoring you. May be you don’t know your purpose or what your life’s task or what you need to be doing. But God has not forgotten you. You are always on His mind. He has got a beautiful purpose for you.
 
In Ephesians 2:10 Bible says, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” You are God’s handiwork. He has created you for a good purpose which He has planned in advance. So don’t say you don’t have a purpose or you don’t know what to do. God has already prepared what you need to be doing and they are all good things. So don’t worry if people are saying negative things about you. Remember that you have been created for a purpose, to do good works and that you are a masterpiece in God’s hand.

In 1 Samuel 26:25 we see what Saul says to David; “Then Saul said to David, “May you be blessed, David my son; you will do great things and surely triumph.” Saul was jealous of David and was looking for ways to kill him but because God was with David and because David spared Saul’s life doing a great deed before God, Saul praises David and blesses him instead. If a man can bless another man how much more will God say good things about you and praise you for your good deeds. How much more God has a good future for you and how much more will He Himself help you do great and good works for Him! So dear friend, don’t feel ignored or forgotten. That is not the truth. Today, all you need to do is ask God what He wants you to do and He will show His plan for you.

Prayer:
Lord Jesus,

Help me to feel loved and prized. Remove the feeling of loneliness Lord. Show me Your plan and Your will. Teach me where I should go and what I should do. Help me obey You and let me be a testimony to Your goodness. Keep showing me how much You love me. Help me to have You in my mind always and never feel forgotten.
