Disciplined by God – Sis. Evangeline Paul Dhinakaran

“Blessed is the one you discipline, LORD, the one you teach from your law.” (Psalm 94:12)
Dear friend, today the Lord has given you a promise verse from Psalm 94:12. This verse says “Blessed is the one you discipline, LORD, the one you teach from your law.” The Bible says in Proverbs 3:12 “The LORD disciplines those he loves, as a father the son he delights in.”

Why do we go through correction? It is because of sins we go through punishment. It is because the Lord loves us, He disciplines us. Maybe you are crying thinking about the terrible path and sufferings that you are going through now. Today, the Lord will deliver you dear friend.
The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 10:13 “God will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” What is the way of escape? It is the word given by the Lord to us every day.  According to this verse, the Lord shall give you His word every day, lead you in the right path, and make you a well-watered garden.
Prayer:
My loving Heavenly Father,

thank you for today’s promise. As per today’s meditation, when I read the Bible let it come to me as Your prophetic word. Lord, teach me every day and lead me in the right way.
