God of the impossible – Dr. Paul Dhinakaran
“For with God nothing will be impossible.” (Luke 1:37)
My precious friend, God’s promise for today is from Luke 1:37, “For with God nothing will be impossible.” Yes, with God all things are possible. Before Jesus was talking about how all things are possible with God, He said in Luke 18:25, 26, “Indeed, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God,” Because He says the love for money is the root of all evil.
If people run after money and say, “I have to become rich. I have to gain wealth. I have to have possessions” and because of that if they don’t have time for God, they don’t spend time with God, they don’t spend time with their family and they don’t respect other human beings, and value things, evil comes into their heart and even though riches abound there is no blessing in that.
Yes, the Bible says in Proverbs 10:22, “The blessing of the LORD brings wealth, without painful toil for it.” But if people look only to the blessings of wealth and lose God, they have no blessings. They can become rich but they cannot enter into the kingdom of God if they don’t choose God along with the blessings of the world. But then the disciples said, “Who then shall be saved?” To that Jesus said, “what is impossible with man is possible with God.” Yes, He says, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these will be added unto you.” The blessings for food, clothing, the blessings of tomorrow and every riches will be given by God because your soul in knit with God. Along with His riches His blessings will also come. Your soul will be full of righteousness and you will reach God. May God give you this grace today and may you enjoy with God doing everything for you. So seek Him first and be blessed.
Prayer:
Loving Father,
Thank You for speaking to me through Your word. Thank You for Your promise that all things are possible with You and You will do everything for me. Give me the grace to seek You first above everything Lord Jesus. You are my ALL.
In Jesus’ precious name, I pray. Amen.
