Trust your heavenly Father’s care – Samuel Dhinakaran
“And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.” (Matthew 10:30)
Dear friend, I hope you are keeping well. It is good to bring God’s Word to you today which is from Matthew 10:30, “And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.” That’s the care of our heavenly Father. He has counted and accounted everything in your life, everything you hold. What does our earthly father do? He worries about paying the bills on time, about paying the fees of the children, about taking care of the wife and providing food. He makes sure he covers everything.
But the care of the Heavenly Father is deeper. He counts the cells in the body and maintains the count for us to be healthy. He leads us in the right paths where virus doesn’t affect us while we are outside. Even at work or in our decisions for life He makes sure we only take the right decisions so that our life prospers. He takes care of everything. Would you seek this care of your heavenly Father? Seeking His care is letting Him know your cares. Yes, cast your cares on the Lord because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7)
The Bible is filled with examples of people who poured their heart to God and found God take care of their needs. We know the story of Hannah. She was childless and she went to the Lord every year during the festival to pour her heart before God in the temple. She trusted that only God can provide her with a child. That’s how you trust God with your cares. You need to pour it out in prayer. Like the persistent widow’s story narrated by Jesus, when you keep telling Him your needs God will surely answer your call and show you great and unsearchable things that you do not know.
Prayer:
Lord Jesus,
Thank You Lord for you have counted even the very hairs of my head. Everything in my possession is under Your control Lord. You lead me in the right path and among the green pastures so I thank You. Let there be peace in my life. I give all my cares into Your hands. Thank You for You will take care of every one of them and meet my needs. Let Your name be praised.
In Your precious name, I pray. Amen.
