Reflect God’s image – Sis. Evangeline Paul Dhinakaran

“You will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.” (Exodus 19:6)
Dear friend, today, the Lord has a wonderful promise for you. It is in Exodus 19:6, which says, “You will be for God a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.” These are the words which the Lord God spoke to the Israelites. God called the Israelites to be His very own and a holy nation unto Him. What a great privilege!

Today, the Lord is going to make you into a holy nation and His very own treasured possession. As in Hebrews 10:10, “You will be made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ.” You may be trying hard to become a holy person, but then it is Jesus who makes you holy. In Colossians 1:21, the Bible says “Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior; but now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation.

The Lord is going to make it happen in your life today. There will be no spot of darkness in your life. The Lord is going to remove all your evil behaviors. The Lord will build you into a holy temple of God. As we see in Ephesians 2:20, Jesus Christ is the cornerstone and in Him, you will be built together as a dwelling place of God in His Spirit. Say this to God within yourself, in your mind say this to God: ‘I am the holy temple of God and the Lord is dwelling within me.’

Prayer:
Lord Father,

make me into a holy nation. There should be no blemishes in my heart. Set me free by the power of the Holy Spirit. I am struggling with my shortcomings. Set me free now Lord. Make me into a holy priest Lord. Let it happen now. Miraculously, transform me. Bring me out of all my temptations and bondage. Father, let your holiness and righteousness come upon me. Let your face shine upon me. Be with me and make me a holy temple. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
